Diba Lab at 2025 NBTE Annual Meeting

On 27-28 November 2025, our group actively participated in the Netherlands Society for Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering (NBTE) Annual Meeting held in Lunteren, The Netherlands. Our group members, Ilze Donderwinkel (postdoc) and Farhad Sanaei (PhD Candidate), presented two oral presentations, while Yannick Hajee (PhD Candidate) and Yuan Zhao (Visiting PhD Student) presented two poster presentations at the conference. We were particularly pleased that Liwen Wang (Visiting PhD student from Dr. Achilleas Sava’s group at TU Delft) presented the results of our ongoing collaborations on bioelectronic hydrogels. Morever, during this year's meeting, our group member, Dr. Ilze Donderwinkel, was appointment to the NBTE board; congratulations Ilze!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed NBTE’s excellent platform for engaging with peers, exchanging research insights, and strengthening our national collaborations in biomaterials and tissue engineering. We eagerly anticipate contributing to the NBTE community in the years to come.
